The fix: Ginn-Meadow suggests sticking with a 1/4 cup or less of granola, and maintaining a 1/2 yogurt to 1/2 fruit ratio. “Treat it like sprinkles—it’s a fun topping.” Vandana Sheth, RDN, CDE, and spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, suggests going savory instead of sweet.
